Cloverleaf High School (OH)
During the last two seasons we broke an 8 season streak of losing records (5-5 in '18 & 6-4 in '19). We have also set the school record for total yards gained in each of the last two seasons and set the scoring record this past season. A huge part of our success started mid-way into the 2017 season. During this point in time we stopped running our zone schemes and ran primarily gap schemes. During the 2017-2018 off-season we committed to becoming a run concept offense, using primarily gap schemes along with the Sweep/Jet blocking scheme. We ditched the zone scheme and the number system. This simplified, yet enhanced our playbook. We now have five base concepts that we use out of a variety of formations.
